Delivery times may vary depending on product, most in stock items are usually dispatched within 1-2 days, unless otherwise stated.

Please note that items that have been purchased as painted will have a longer dispatch time

We will send finished pictured of paint jobs in advance before dispatching, that way it ensures you are completely satisfied, if not it gives us time to rectify any changes.

*Please note, depending on the amount of workload painted products may take longer to ship than usual*

We pack all our items securely, if for whatever reason you are unhappy with a product, or there is a part missing or broken simply fill out a request form stating the problem and we will do our best to resolve your problem.

In the unlikely event that the product is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

For model kits that have been purchased as painted, please note in some circumstances they will be sent unassembled, due to the risk of detailed parts getting damaged.

Do you do international shipping?

Yes we do, however prices and delivery times will vary on destination country, weight and size of parcel, we strongly advise you to make an enquiry beforehand if you wish to purchase from abroad

What are the Painting Charges?

some paint jobs are cheaper than others, we charge our prices based on the model, and take into account things like, detail, time, size etc...
